Transinusal, Zygomatic and Pterygoid Implants

The patient presented a dental bridge on a naturals teeth with multiple fractures in the dental abutments. So I proceeded with the extraction of the dental bridge and insertion of transinusal, zygomatic and pterygoid implants. In the right side I inserted transinusal implant because distalizing Schneiderian membrane I would have reached the second premolar area with the implant platform and it was possible because it was available bone in the canine pillar and in the crestal zone of the premolar area. In the left premolar zone it wasn’t possible because missed all the bone conditions previous described in fact I inserted one zygomatic implant. The pterygoid implants minimized the prosthetic cantilever.
