All-on-4 with Palatal Approach technique and All-on-4 in lower jaw
The patient had severe horizontal bone atrophy in both jaws which made the insertion of the implants complex. A crestal bone osteotomy was then performed to reach a suitable ridge thickness, thus favoring the insertion of the 4 upper implants with a palatal approach, while the classic All-on-4 protocol was followed in the lower jaw.
